So, what is Ameelio anyway?
Ameelio is a nonprofit, and our mission is to build free-to-use communications technology to create a more humane and rehabilitative corrections system. You may recognize the name from our free mailing app Ameelio Mail: Photos to Prison, but were only getting started.

When will Ameelio Connect be available in my facility?
If your loved one isnt incarcerated at facilities offering our service in Iowa, Colorado, Illinois, or Maine, dont worry too much. Ameelio is working hard with policymakers and DOCs across the country to make free video and voice calling a reality for everyone!
